Hub Coalition Porter County proudly partners with local, state, and national networks to strengthen recovery access and support for individuals and families impacted by substance use. As part of our broader Local Coordinating Council strategy, our RCO efforts focus on connection, harm reduction, education, and empowerment.

The Local Coordinating Council (LCC) is the county’s backbone structure for planning and coordinating prevention and recovery strategies. Through the LCC, Hub Coalition Porter County leads collaborative initiatives that:

Connect residents with recovery support resources.

Strengthen harm reduction efforts.

Expand prevention and education programming.

Build partnerships with treatment providers, community groups, and law enforcement.
This coordinated approach ensures recovery support is accessible, consistent, and community-driven.
Indiana Recovery Network
The Indiana Recovery Network serves as the statewide hub for recovery support services, linking individuals and organizations to programs, peer resources, and community partners that help people thrive in long-term recovery.

Hub Coalition Porter County partners with Overdose Lifeline (ODLL) to support harm reduction strategies that save lives and reduce the risks associated with substance use. Overdose Lifeline provides evidence-based education, Naloxone distribution, and community engagement programs.
