Hub Coalition Porter County Monthly LCC Meeting

Hub Coalition is continuing to work towards the reduction of substance misuse and associated negative consequences through community-led coalitions and a strong Comprehensive Community Plan.  We need volunteers to help create objectives and SMART Goals for the plan.  The plan is used as a guide fr those applying for annial grant funding.  If an objective and SMART goal is not identified and substantiated and adopted then funding will not be available for that project.
