Leading the Way in Community Wellness

Charles “Chuck” Harris serves as the Executive Director of the Hub Coalition of Porter County, where he leads collaborative efforts to strengthen community partnerships and expand access to resources that improve the health, safety, and well-being of residents across Porter County. In this role, Chuck works closely with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to advance strategic initiatives that address critical needs and foster long-term community impact.
Chuck brings extensive leadership experience in public service and nonprofit collaboration. Known for his ability to build strong partnerships and bring diverse stakeholders together around shared goals, he focuses on practical, community-driven solutions that produce measurable results.
In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Chuck has served in county government, where he has worked to improve transparency, service delivery, and responsiveness to the public. His career has been defined by a commitment to community engagement and helping organizations work more effectively together for the benefit of the region.
Chuck is a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident and remains deeply committed to the continued growth and success of Porter County and the communities it serves.
