Funding local solutions that keep Porter County healthy and safe

Hub Coalition Porter County’s 2026–2027 Community Grants will continue supporting prevention, mental health, recovery, and public safety initiatives across Valparaiso, Portage, Chesterton, and surrounding areas.

Funding is available for organizations demonstrating measurable community impact and alignment with the county’s Comprehensive Community Plan (CCP). Eligible applicants include nonprofits, schools, law enforcement, and treatment or recovery providers. Full application details and timelines will be announced before the next grant cycle opens.

Interested organizations are encouraged to begin preparing project proposals that address substance misuse, youth prevention, mental health training, overdose response, or community education.
